What we collect
When you submit a request we collect the information you provide, such as your name, phone number, email, property ZIP code, the service you need, when the damage occurred, and your stated claim status. We may also collect basic technical data (such as device and analytics information).
How we use and share it
We use your information to match you with contractors in our network. By submitting a request you authorize us to share your information with Storm Damage 911 and up to two of its vetted contractor partners so they can contact you about your request. We do not sell your information to unrelated third parties.
Contact consent (calls and texts)
By submitting the form and checking the consent box, you provide prior express written consent for Storm Damage 911 and its matched contractor partners to contact you at the number provided, including by automated telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, SMS text, and email, for purposes related to your request. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt out
You can revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, ask any caller to place you on their do-not-call list, or email help@stormdamage911.com. We will honor opt-out requests promptly, within the time required by law.
Data retention and security
We retain request data for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.
