The service
Storm Damage 911 connects homeowners with independent, licensed contractors. We are not a party to any agreement you enter with a contractor, and we are not responsible for the work, conduct, pricing, or warranties of any contractor. Any dispute about work performed is between you and the contractor.

Your submissions
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to request service for the property identified. You agree to the contact terms described in our Privacy Policy.
For contractors
Contractors in the network are engaged under a separate marketing services agreement. Lead fees are flat fees for marketing and lead delivery and are not contingent on any job closing or on any insurance proceeds. Contractors are independently responsible for all licensing, insurance, permitting, and compliance, and are prohibited from paying, waiving, or rebating any homeowner's insurance deductible.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm Damage 911 LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any contractor's services. The service is provided "as is."
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the current terms.
