What we are

Storm Damage 911 is a referral and marketing service for Florida and Chicagoland, IL. We are not a contractor. We do not perform construction or restoration work, and we do not handle insurance claims. What we do is maintain a small, vetted network of licensed, insured local restoration pros, and match each homeowner with the right one for their specific damage and area.

How we vet

Before any contractor joins the network, we confirm their active Florida license with the state, verify a current certificate of liability insurance, and require a strong local review rating. We recheck on an ongoing basis, and we remove anyone who stops meeting the bar or who lets a homeowner down.

Why homeowners pay nothing

Our network contractors pay a flat fee for a qualified connection. You never do. That alignment matters: we only make money when we send a pro who is worth hiring, so we are motivated to keep the network honest.

Where we work

We connect homeowners in two storm-prone regions: the Tampa Bay area across Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, and Sarasota Counties in Florida, and the Chicagoland area across Cook, DuPage, Kane, and Will Counties in Illinois. We build each market deliberately, with vetted local pros, before we expand further.
