Storm Damage 911 LLC (operating as Storm Damage 911) is a referral and marketing service. We do not perform construction, roofing, restoration, remediation, tree, or any other contracting work. All work is performed by independent, third-party contractors who are solely responsible for their services, licensing, permitting, insurance, workmanship, and warranties.

No insurance or claims advice

Storm Damage 911 does not provide insurance advice, interpret insurance policies, evaluate coverage, prepare or file claims, or negotiate settlements. We are not a public adjuster and do not act as one. For any question about your insurance coverage or claim, contact your insurer or a licensed public adjuster.

Florida law notices

You are responsible for paying your insurance deductible. Under Florida law it is insurance fraud, punishable as a felony, for a contractor to pay, waive, or rebate all or part of your insurance deductible. It is also a felony to file a false or fraudulent insurance claim.

Contractor vetting

We verify a contractor's Florida license and insurance and review their local rating at the time they join our network, and we recheck periodically. Verification is a screening step, not a guarantee. We do not warrant or guarantee the work, conduct, pricing, or results of any contractor. Your agreement for any work is solely between you and the contractor you choose.

No guarantee of outcome

We do not guarantee that a contractor will contact you within any specific time, accept your job, or that any particular result will be achieved.
